Relaxation Massage - half body - Ideal length treatment for Back, Shoulders and Neck, face and head, or swap the face and head out for feet!
Relaxation massage at Relax and Restore involves using rhythmical massage to help regulate the nervous system and encourage deep relaxation.
Please note this 60 minutes is inclusive of introduction to massage, assessment for treatment and rounding up the treatment with aftercare advice.

Tailored Theraputic Massage - 60 min

A 60 minute tailored therapeutic massage at Relax and Restore begins with a conversation. We look at what muscle areas are tight or causing discomfort, assess the range of motion of the specific targeted area and from that we make a treatment plan of which muscles to target during massage treatment. A 60 minute tailored massage will focus on the specific targeted muscles, applying a combination of relaxation and sports techniques to flush the area, working with muscles fibres, attachments and ligaments to improve range of motion.
Please note this 60 minutes is inclusive of introduction to massage, assessment for treatment and rounding up the treatment with aftercare advice.

Begin with a medicinal hot foot soak and cup of herbal tea and a catch up chat with Row to explore ways she can support you with any specific areas of tension or stressors, together set an intention for your treatment. Hop onto a prewarmed cosy table for a deeply relaxing massage, applying rhythmical massage to encourage the nervous system to drop into deep relaxation and Hot towels to ease areas of tension. Choose 4 areas to focus on out of - Feet, Legs, Back, Arms/Hands, Neck, Head, Face. Finish with a grounding sweep over the body.

Relaxing Deluxe 2hr Treatment

Begin your relaxation from the moment you step into the cosy warm room. Slip into the cosiest of fluffy robes and step into a medicinal hot foot soak. Sit back and enjoy a cup of herbal tea and a catch up chat with Row to explore ways she can support you with any specific areas of tension or stressors, together set an intention for your treatment.
Hop onto a prewarmed cosy table for a deeply relaxing full body massage, applying rhythmical massage to encourage the nervous system to drop into deep relaxation and hot towels to ease areas of tension. Choose to have reflexology applied to your feet for an even more holistic treatment. Finish with a grounding sweep of reiki energy over the body and a full 10 minutes to soak up the relaxed state.

This was my first time ever having a professional massage. Rowan was fantastic and extremely professional. I felt safe and comfortable during the experience. I also appreciated talking over what I needed, so she could focus on specific areas and talking afterwards was helpful as well.

After a wonderful intuitive relaxation massage I was back in a beautiful therapy room for a Reiki session. The massage table is comfortable, sheets and blankets warm, lovely scent in the room. I relaxed for an hour while Row balanced my chakras. Felt rested and fabulous afterwards, ready to take on the rest of the week. Thanks Row.
